We strive to provide exceptional services in training, offering flexibility on our courses from one to 10 days for both employers and employees. Our highly experienced and professionally qualified trainers are to provide expert guidance to equip candidates with the necessary skills they need for an efficient and safe working environment.
Our CPCS testing includes a professional one-to-one theoretical exam, followed by a practical exam. The theory exam will be recorded by one of our testers and the CPCS practical test may also be video recorded if requested. To maintain an exceptional level of quality and standards, these tests may also be randomly monitored. Both parts will evaluate the competency of the candidate in operating various types of plant machinery.
Most CPCS testing must take place at our registered test centres, with the exception of off-centre categories (refer to our training guidance for on/off centre categories). However, we offer the convenience of conducting certain off-centre category tests on-site. Our purpose-built centres in Padworth, Berkshire and Hampshire occupy more than 5 acres and can accommodate up to 24 tests per day, depending on the category. This allows for easy coordination if work gangs need to be sent together, and also enables operatives to complete multiple categories in a single day.
